Donald Harris of Moore, Oklahoma lost his home of 20+ years to the May 2003 Oklahoma tornadoes. A Red Cross outreach team consisting of Claire Rabascoe, RN a Disaster Health Services volunteer from New Jersey, David Nunez, Jr., a Family Service volunteer from Texas, Penelope Trieb, a Disaster Mental Health volunteer from New York and Carol Nunez, a Family Service volunteer from Texas come to check on his status and help him fill out his paperwork. Donald's home has been hit by three tornadoes since he's lived there and he said he is going to move to Oklahoma City.
