Henry's kitchen, built in 2000, contains three commercial tilt skillets, convection ovens and hot plates, an industrial sized mixer, refrigerator and freezer. Designed to help meet the needs of preparing the more than 500,000 meals provided to disaster victims and workers each year. Henry's Kitchen, based in St. Joseph, Missouri, can be rapidly deployed to any location in the continental United States and is ready to prepare meals within two hours.
